Can I return my item?

Unfortunately, we do not accept change of mind returns or exchanges on any of our personalised items. All other items of a non-personalised nature (for example, cheese knife sets), can be returned for any reason at customer cost within 14 days, provided they are in their original condition and/or packaging.

To make a return for a non-personalised item, please visit the Report A Problem section of our Help Centre, and select Return an Item.


Please note: We do not provide replacements or offer returns for missing optional extras (i.e. message on the back, gift wrapping, etc). As these extras are of a nominal amount ($5.00 – $9.95), a refund only is offered in these circumstances.
