COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Updates

Tuesday 14th April 2020 – Australia Post Delays

Whilst we are maintaining the turnaround times specified on our site, Australia Post are experiencing significant delays due to an increase in parcel volume and extra safety precautions currently being undertaken, and we have seen delays of up to 8 business days from the expected delivery date (standard shipping). (See here for more information via Australia Posts website)

We highly recommend if you require your item by a certain date, to opt for Express shipping during checkout. Star Track Express operate their own airplanes and due to this, are not experiencing the same level of delays as Australia Post. 

Please note, returns or refunds won’t be provided for delayed or late parcels, as once your order is with the courier, delivery times are unfortunately out of our control.


9.30am 5th April 2020 – NZ Deliveries

Unfortunately, due to Government restrictions currently in place, shipping to New Zealand has temporarily been suspended. As soon as Level 4 restrictions are lifted, we will resume taking and shipping orders for NZ again.

We are actively monitoring the situation regarding COVID-19, including any upcoming restrictions placed on businesses that may be applicable to us here at Personalised Chopping Boards.

Until such time as a lock down is enforced on all non-essential businesses, we will be continuing to make and ship orders within the normal time frames specified on our website. Please see our Delivery Enquiries section in our Help Centre for more information.

We are also monitoring any updates provided by Australia Post and Star Track Express relating to the delivery of parcels, to ensure you will still receive your order in a timely manner.
