You will find our Live Chat box located on the bottom right corner of your screen – a pop-up box saying ‘Ask A Question’. We mostly have our Live Chat staffed during regular business hours (8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday), however if no one is currently available to chat or it’s outside our business hours, you can still be assisted by our ChatBot, Steve!

ChatBot Steve is indeed a robot and is able to help with more basic enquiries such as delivery times or turnaround times, however for more complex queries or queries relating directly to existing or fulfilled orders, it is best to Send an email.
