My order arrived damaged.
We try our absolute best to ensure your parcel is packed correctly, and whilst it is rare, sometimes items can get damaged during transit. Please complete the form below within 7 days of receiving your order, choosing either to receive a replacement or a refund. We do not accept claims after 7 days of receiving your order, as we have no way of verifying how or when the damage occurred.
