My item is engraved incorrectly – What do I do?

Whilst we try our absolute best to get the details of your order correct, all personalisation details are manually entered and sometimes human error can intefere.

We sincerely apologise for any errors!


If you have received an incorrectly personalised item, please visit the Report A Problem section of our Help Centre, and select My Order is Incorrect, filling in the necessary details. Emails submitted via our Report A Problem section are given the utmost priority, and you will hear from a staff member as soon as possible.

We will either organise a replacement or refund, depending on your choice, and will also supply a prepaid return shipping label to get the incorrect board back to us (if necessary).
