A little bit hot, a little bit sweet and a hint of tang, this Firecracker Glaze has a multitude of uses! Use as a marinade for fish or meat, drizzle over barbecued meats as a condiment, use as a glazing sauce for chicken wings and ribs, or even as a dressing for steamed rice or as a stir fry sauce. The perfect way to amp up the flavour of pretty much anything!

Refrigerate once opened.
