Made From

This product is made from Acacia wood which is a non-endangered species and is not harvested from rain forests. Please note, these cheeseboards are individually crafted and as such, will vary from board to board in terms of colour and grain.

 

Care Instructions

After use, wash this item with warm soapy water and wipe dry. Apply Butcher Block Oil as the surface becomes dry or after each use. Avoid soaking this product and do not use in a dishwasher.

This rectangle cheeseboard measures  35cm x 20cm plus a 15cm handle.

 

Delivery Time

All cheeseboards are beautifully engraved right here in our Australian workshop. We aim to engrave and ship all orders placed before 1pm on the same day, and orders placed after 1pm will leave next business day. Delivery time is dependent on location, so please read our delivery guide prior to ordering. Alternatively, you can contact us for an ETA if required by a certain date.

Deliveries

We aim to make and ship all orders placed before 1pm on the same day (shipped from Albury NSW). Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched next business day. Free Standard Shipping applies to all orders Australia wide*.

Express Shipping can be selected for a flat rate of $15.00 (excludes Remote Locations).

Shipping Methods

We use the following shipping methods:

  • Standard Delivery: Standard orders will be sent via Couriers Please or Australia Post
  • Express Delivery: Express orders will be sent via TNT Express, Star Track Express or Australia Post Express. We choose the best option depending on your location, so that you may receive it as quickly as possible.

 

Delivery Information

Once your order has been sent, you will receive a dispatch notification email with tracking details, including the courier that was used and the tracking number. You may track your order online using the courier’s online tracking service. You can also access your tracking number by logging into ‘My Account’ and clicking on the order in question. Alternatively, you can contact us for your tracking number by calling (02) 6025 6765 or by emailing hello@personalisedchoppingboards.com.au.

If you are unable to receive your parcel in person, an instruction card from the courier will be left. You will be required to contact the courier to arrange a redelivery on a day you will be home, or provide Authority to Leave in the event you won’t be home. Alternatively, upon placing your order, in the ‘Order Notes’ section during checkout, you can provide Authority to Leave. Please specify an area for your item to be left if you will not be home (i.e. On porch to left of door).

Returns

Can I return my item?

Unfortunately, we do not accept change of mind returns or exchanges on any of our personalised items. All other items of a non-personalised nature (for example, cheese knife sets), can be returned for any reason at customer cost, provided they are in their original condition or packaging. Items must returned by the original purchaser (and not the gift recipient) along with the order number and date of purchase.

 

What if I have a faulty item?

If you have received a faulty or damaged item, please contact our team on (02) 6025 6765 or by emailing hello@personalisedchoppingboards.com.au. We will require photographic evidence of the fault via email. Once received, you will have your choice of a full refund, including refund of return shipping (receipt required) or a replacement of the item.

 

How long do I have to return my item?

You will have 14 days from when you received your item to return it to us. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorisation. If you have an item you’d like to return, please contact our team on (02) 6025 6765 or by emailing hello@personalisedchoppingboards.com.au.

 

Where do I return my item?

Once we have given authorisation to return an item, you will be given provided with a shipping address and instructions to send back the item.

 

When will I receive a refund or replacement item?

Refunds or replacements will be given upon return of the item. Please allow 1-3 business days for the refund to show in your account once processed.
